Pisang Peak is the most popular Peak among the trekking peaks in Nepal. This offers the amazing views over the Annapurna region, and some of the highest mountains in the world. It is located in the Annapurna Region along with several other small ‘trekking peaks’. The peak is one of the smallest trekking peaks which can be climbed easily and is famous among beginner climbers as well. Pisang Peak is made popular by German expedition team after the successful expedition in 1955 which made it as something considerable remarks. Trekkers with little climbing experience can combine the popular classic Annapurna circuit trek with Pisang Peak climbing to have the taste of climbing in Nepalese Himalayas. The peak rises above from Pisang village and yak pastures in a uniform slope of ice and snow to the final summit pyramid.
After the your main adventure of Pisang Peak the trek leads to Thorung La pass (5416 meters), through Manang, Ledar, which are the main attraction of whole Annapurna Circuit trek. Due to the difficulties of crossing the pass, the circuit is usually walked in a counter clockwise direction. After you cross the Thorung La pass the trail take you to the Muktinath then Jomsom from where we can take flights to Pokhara.
